Day 123) Neon light nail art

Think of neon lights...and now picture this on your nails. Impossible?
No. You can get the look and it's not that hard to do.

I came up with this nail art and I hope you like it!

Step-by-step tutorial:

1) Paint your nails black

2) Use a brush and white nail polish to make any shapes you like. Don't make the lines too thin

3) Use bright colors (or preferably neon colors) to paint all the white

Already a nice look but we aren't there yet ;D

4) Take a white striper or use a nail art brush and white nail polish to make a thin white line in the middle of all your colored shapes

Let the nails dry and finish it with a topcoat.

Done!
